“The local Government Unit of Mabini, Batangas is undertaking a project on Crown of Thorn Starfish (COTS) Clean-Up in sanctuaries and dive sites within the coastal waters of Mabini which is going to be a year-round, regular activity under the Coastal Resource Management Board of the local government unit. They are soliciting the assistance and participation of divers in the manual removal of COTS while diving .”
