The Joys of Night Diving

Night Diving is a totally different experience as many nocturnal sea creatures come out to hunt while others hide in the safety of a basket coral or under the crevices of rocks and hard corals.

For two consecutive weekends, I was able to join Dave’s Advanced Check-out night dives done in Arthur’s Rock.

For Night Diving safety:

  • always dive with a buddy
  • use fresh set of batteries for your torch
  • carry a back-up light in case your primary flashlight ran out of batteries
  • end the dive as soon as your buddy’s light conks out and when you don’t have a back-up light

Thanks to my dive buddies for lighting the subjects for me.
